The sales process from Top House Solar was impressive. I had approaches from over a dozen companies and although I am a qualified electrical engineer, I found it difficult to judge the quality and performance of the many different inverters and storage batteries on offer including their failure rate and and useful life. Top House Solar put their money where their mouth is with whole of life support from a company located in my city and an offer to pay my electricity costs if the system they installed did not perform according to their predictions. The installation team were very professional and meticulous in their approach and had obviously had considerable experience with solar installations. Andrew Gray, the technical expert provided rapid support when I had some problems connecting our home WiFi to the system and it was quickly sorted. The software from Sungrow works very well on my PC and phone and is easy to use.

Ver happy with the app and monitoring portal. Currently using WiFi but intend to use the eithernet connection. Inverter looks very well made and is quiet.
