Tilstons were the slowest to respond of the three recommendations. We had to call twice to get them here, but since then they have been excellent. The information provided by the staff at Tilstons was helpful and they took the time to explain everything to us. There was a delay in the installation time but that was due to illness of technicians and only added 2-3 weeks to the wait. The installers were excellent. They were prompt, friendly and helpful with information. They tidied up after themselves and showed us how to use the app. We would definitely recommend them.
