Very happy with the whole process. They visited the site before quoting, provided clear advice on options, and their final quote included all costs for the supply and install. Very quick timing from acceptance of quote to completed install. The electrician and plumbers were friendly, punctual and phoned before arrival. The installation is very neat, with insulation to exposed piping and fixtures, the “condensation” line piped to a drain, and the compressor sited so as to as unobtrusive as possible.
