2nd intallations - TDG solar system for last 3 years

For last 3 year TDG solar installed two solar systems for my two houses. Sales represntative was suppotive and provide me with the best products and cheap quote among competitors. No issues up to now. After sales was excellent. Installation was done on the dot as agreed.

Did a little research before selecting panels which I found to work well in different weather conditions,full sun and cloudy conditions.Very proud in selecting Jinko panels.

Do not use them.They are too busy and have third world business ethics.Their sale rep gave rosy promises claiming that they are the best.I have signed a contract with them in February 2023 and paid 10% deposit.Obtained Synergy approval and everything.Since February they promised to send electrician to inspect prior to installation and no one turned up.I sent many emails,sms and whatsapp messages to remind them of the inspection and installation.They kept giving me empty promises.Last week they replied and stated that they had an overseas job that caused backlog to their local installations but promised that they’ll install by this week.This week they sent me a message and give me another excuse saying that they have problem with double storey installations and cancelled my job after 3 months of waiting .All they did was return my deposit without any compensation.Now I am struggling to look a new Solar installer but have to pay a higher due to inflations etc.Don’t use them.

After leaving my deposit in March and being promised in writing of installation within 4 weeks, 13 weeks later this company wont answer my calls or emails. When I do get through to them they say its to wet to install solar panels and that i can expect a call at the end of the week and a booking for the following week. Then i hear nothing.

Installers quoted a time to be here and they were early, that's a plus. Explained process to me and gave me a finish time, spot on. They were very professional and cleaned up on completion, excellent crew.

Where do I start.On arrival they complained about the house being 2 story they complained about the switchboard being too small they put a hole in my freshly painted ceilings and left finger marks all over the manholes they dragged the panels along the roof honestly the worst tradesmen I have ever come across
