The sales process was straight forward, they explained all details and could answer all my questions. Installation process was professional and efficient. Areas were cleaned and sufficient explanation was given about the system. We have not had any issues with the system, just a software issue with the connection app which was quickly and professionally resolved over the phone
Warranty problems

Installer Comments
After 7 years some of my panels have failed. With the progress of technology these panels are no longer manufactured and the stocks of warranty panels has been depleted. Therefore the only remedy is a refund which, leaves me with a system which performs at a lower level. Replacement of the failed panels with the latest technology is not practical for various reasons. Replacement of the whole system would be too costly. So be very wary of 25 year warranties.

Happy with system output when it is working but failing system after 7 years of 25 year warranty is unacceptable.
