avoid avoid avoid!
Unfortunately we didn’t find out about how untrustworthy and seedy this man is until it was too late. After doing the installation Max was paid and then he packed up and left. 3 days later after some light rain we had a number of leaks in the roof and then our solar panel connections became waterlogged at stopped working. The system went into ‘protection mode’ and would. no longer work. Max blamed everything else but him self and was full of excuses. he came back 3 times and was still unable to rectify the problem. We ended up calling another installer and they found multiple problems such as screws missing. the wrong sealant type used. incorrect pipe sizes. A google of his name revealed his true colours. As far as i’m concerned sunsmart energy tasmania is a sham and will not back their product or install Avoid at all costs
