The whole process was so simple and professional that it was almost unbelievably "a walk in the park". Getting information about solar panels and inverters was prompt and making revisions to quotes was as information developed was not a problem. Installation happen on the day specified and was completed in less than 7 hours with no mess no fuss.

Very satisfied with the products used in the installation of my solar system. The proposal had the details of each product with warranties. They have also explained the products and how they would achieve the energy that we were expecting and what are electricity bill would reduce to. They informed that we could monitor the generation of electricity every hour. Everything is working as explained and we are very satisfied and happy customers. Very professional professional in the complete experience from start to now. Would recommend them any day.

Syed and his team at Sungold Solar have been exemplary in their dealings with us. The quote was issued promptly and contained all the information that we needed at a very competitive price compared to other quotes that we received for the same configuration. Sungold Solar did not try to up-sell the system and provided factual advice on a value for money system without unnecessary bells and whistles. The contract was in plain English and easy to understand. The installers (Michael and Alex) arrived on time, were friendly and courteous and ensured that we were well informed about what they were about to do. They were extremely well organised and it was obvious that they had done this many times before. They worked with great skill and speed and the installation was completed well before sunset and we were able to see the system perform on the mobile app. We were pleased that all the post installation paperwork to connect the system to the grid and to reconfigure our smart meter was handled speedily by Sungold Solar. In all, the process of installing our solar system went very smoothly and it appears to be operating as expected according to the Solar Ananlytics app. Thank you Syed, Sadia, Michael, Alex and your team.

I got an amazing service from Syed Ahmmed of Sungold Solar. He tailored the solar system as per my requirements and offered me better pricing for instalments. The installers were good and managed to install the system without damaging a single rood tile. I am pretty happy with their service.

Great installation company that I will certainly recommend. Syed’s information and on-site advice was excellent, and he was easily contactable for further clarifications. I obtained other 3 quotes from other companies, but Sungold’s price was cheaper, without renouncing to quality of equipment and installation. I particularly appreciated their 'can-do' attitude, which was refreshing compared to other companies that shied away when asked too many questions or in front of technical challenges. Their quote and contract were comprehensive. Installation was quickly organised in early May, and their installation team was punctual, tidy and unphased by the height of the building, the challenges in access and the very windy day. Any on-site technical aspects were easily resolved, and the installation was professional and above expectations.

We installed SunGold Solar on a recommendation of a friend in 2020. A year later, the DC isolator cover started making noise and flipped to the opposite side of the installed due to the thin poor quality aluminium material. Reported to the installer several times as it has 10 years of workmanship warranty. They said, would come today, or tomorrow but so far, no one has come in a year to fix it which is potentially a fire hazard. Poor service, do not recommend. I have complained of this dozzy provider to Fair Treading as well.

Very Happy Customer! After searching for various solar installer reviews online, i went with Sungold Solar. Syed's communication was fantastic. He explained everything clearly and would always reply to any email or sms enquiries i had about the products or installation without any fuss....and i asked alot. The Solar installers were also fantastic. Happy to answer any questions i had and their work was very neat and tidy. All wiring and termination and conduit work was well placed and neat. I would definetely reccomend Sungold Solar. Their communcation, politness and quality of work as a company is fantastic which is something very rare to find with companies these days. Sungold solar did an amazing Job installing our System, Would recommend them to everyone. They upgraded my single-phase system to a three-phase for unlimited solar export. Helped me set up the monitoring on my phone and sent all paperwork to my electricity company to have the meters changed. the Install team was easy to talk to. They explained everything clearly and made sure I am happy with everything.

The initial install of the solar system had an issue with the smart meter. After a couple of messages, it was finally actioned and Sam was very helpful. I hope they can action this type of issues more quickly. Overall, I’m now satisfied with the operation of the system.

The installation went well but there was an issue with the Fronius Smart Meter. It’s been 2 months and they still haven’t fixed it right. I’m disappointed and support is terrible.
