Installer Comments
From date of signing contract to installation 10 weeks (which was acceptable). Only one phone contact at 5 weeks to advise that installation was about to begin. No further contact until week 10. Advised then that they would call in to show me how to monitor panels but failed to turn up. Now 3 weeks after installation. I would have preferred say communication every 3 weeks to advise on progress of installation. Do not seem interested in talking me through software. The actual installing contractor was excellent.
