All the planning and quoting was done remotely but a local installer did the same so that was fine. The installer wasn't able to fit all panels as planned but we came up with an alternative using 3 less panels and the invoice was adjusted so that was ok. It has been operating now for almost 3 years with no problems.

From Start to Finish 5 Star From the design through to install Space Solar have been spot on. I had 6 quotes in all and selected Space Solar after their designer Chris called me to discuss my intentions. With a clear design quote and a number of questions raised and answered promptly I felt comfortable engaging Space Solar as my installer. There was a delay due to my insistence on the latest Fronius Symo Gen 24 inverter as a market leader which did not enter the Australian market until late June but as soon as it was available the install was scheduled and executed. The install team, led by Nathan, were exemplary, polite, efficient and leaving a clean site. As install included replacement of an existing 9 year old system I had anticipated some issues but none were encountered. Spare tiles for any damage were available but not required, they were more difficult to obtain than the solar! So highly recommended up to and including install, initial performance is as expected for this time of year with higher yields expected as spring and summer approach. Thank you Space Solar.

I was able to transact everything on line with help from the sales person at Space Solar. He was not pushy & clearly understood that I knew nil about solar systems. He knew his product totally & was able to answer all my questions at my level (ie nil knowledge of solar systems). He clearly showed me my projected savings & alternative size systems. Finally he offered installments over 3 years.
