Worst After-Sale Service Ever. 25-Year Warranty is a TOTAL SCAM. I doubt anyone even gets a 1-year warranty from this sham of a company. "If you are seeing this review here, it means my faulty inverter / panels still hasn't been replaced and basically I have been scammed with a cheap product." ***Full Story*** My solar panels were installed 6 months ago, but the inverter and installation were faulty! This caused my switchboard breaker and inverter to trip every 60-90 minutes. I contacted the installer, and instead of fixing the real problem, he confidently did a CHEAP "fix" by upgrading my breaker from 20A to 30A. **Guess what? The problem is STILL there 3 months later! ** My inverter crashes and restarts constantly throughout the day. I've written multiple emails, text-messages and made countless phone calls, yet no one takes the call and It's been over 8 weeks of me chasing this ghost of a company, and I don't expect a response anytime soon. Funny how their response time is 1-2 hours when they're trying to sell you something. On top of everything, I was left with the ugliest wiring eyesore proudly installed on the side of my house (might share the photo later) and an exposed tile under the panel on the roof, which could potentially damage the entire ceiling with rainwater.

The inverter seems to be working well. The mobile app lets me track when and how much power is being generated so that I can run my larger appliances during these times.
