Based in Mt. Barker, we are a family business with employee ownership. We are a 100% local South Australian business.
We are also one of the oldest local solar businesses in SA. We originally started as Solar Schools Australia, installing solar systems on schools. We then moved into the residential market in 2008, and have completed over 10,000 solar jobs since.

Sales staff were friendly, communicative and informative. Installers were punctual and tidy. Only problem was with having to reconnect monitoring and Solar Wholesalers were able to rectify this. Overall, Solar is not worth money spent as poor rebate

I had a quote from another company to replace an old solar system. Solar wholesalers were the same price for a bigger and better system. Salesperson was very informative and friendly, I was kept informed throughout the process and had my new system 2 weeks later. The guys installing the system were friendly and professional again keeping me informed on what they were doing. Thanks to all at solar wholesalers.

Words don't seem adequate when giving the deserved "Gold Star" Rating to the wonderful TEAM at Solar Wholesalers! From my initial contact with Peter Sendy, in the design/sales area, the communication through the office team to the arrival of the install team ready to start work, the whole process has been amazing, and I have to say everything proceeded without any hiccups or issues of any kind. The install team were very professional and the work ethic they displayed was exemplary, which is a credit to all within what must be a wonderful company and great place to work. And: I the customer was the beneficiary of this great group of happy people from the Solar Wholesalers Team. An 11/10 for the whole job and the installed products:

I am very happy with the style of the Canadian panel that was recommended by Solar Wholesalers. I live on the coast and experience high winds, and the extra stiffening brace in the middle of the panels is a bonus.

This is an update to an initial review from 2017: Solar Wholesalers were great to deal with, the work was done quickly and the system has not had a single issue in the 7 years since it was installed.

Inverter has been fine. Subsequently added a Tesla battery and EV charger - no issues with integration and has performed well when the grid has been down for extended periods.
Cannot speak highly enough of the company.From the moment that I contacted them for a quote to the end of the installation I was kept informed of what would happen next and please contact us if you have any questions. All the staff were polite and professional.Although they had a lot of work on, they informed me of the timeline and then proceeded to keep to it. Arriving on the job at 7.45 am for a 8.0 to 8.30 am quoted start time.Very impressed!The system is performing very well.
