The sales guy was good but the installers weren't. They installed some of the panels in a different place to what the sales guy and I agreed, meaning that they are now partially shaded. They made a hash of the connections to the electrical switchboard, leaving a lot of screws loose on the buss bars which resulted in arcing and the hot water system repeatedly losing power. When I complained about it they sent someone out to check it, but he found nothing. My own electrician spotted it as soon as he looked at the switchboard and made some disparaging comments.. I also had a hot water system installed by the same company. They installed it ok but the new hot water pipe was suspended below the floor joists of the ground floor, running across the basement at about eye level with no lagging or other protection when they could just as easily attached it to a wall half a metre away. My plumber was somewhere between amazed and horrified.

Our 45° pitch roof was all too hard for other solar installers. Solahart (Southern Highlands) worked with us to achieve a solution acceptable to both parties. The process worked well. Cost was reasonable and everything has worked fine over the intervening years since installation.

Slightly more than quotes on line, but service provider guarantee better, because "Solahart" has been around a long time.
