Sales process was good, electrician excellent. However after a grid outage that lasted a couple of weeks, and failure of the backup system, I discovered that the system could not be reset until the grid was back on due to a software update being required. As wifi was also down this was not possible. Solahart does not provide regular checks on the system (despite offering to pay) as they say it can all be monitored online. Due to that I have no idea if this happens again if another software update will be required before the system can be fixed again.

Inverter shuts down if the battery drains when the grid is down, it only reactivates when the grid is back on leaving us with no power in prolonged grid outages of more than 24h.
Battery - SolarEdge
It works fine when the grid is on but is not designed to work during a prolonged grid outage of any more than 24h. The battery shuts down when it drains and will not repower the house when the sun starts shining again. It is only designed for short term outages of 2-3 hours, so due to recent weather events we will have try to trade this in to buy suitable off grid hybrid system that actually works during outages of more than about 24h.
