About National Renewable Network

Hi, we’re NRN (it stands for National Renewable Network). And we’re on a mission to give everyone equal access to renewable energy.

How? By upgrading your property to renewable power at zero cost, so you can connect to our renewable network without any upfront expense.

Because we partner with energy retailers, you can switch to a new type of electricity plan that includes your solar and battery solution - without finance or purchase costs.

It’s how we’re doing our part to build a greener, more sustainable future for Australia.

Don't let them fool you!

Review left 3 years after system installed

Installer Comments

Don't let them fool you! We sold our property, did everything right, thinking our NRN Rep was taking care of the transfer only to be contacted 11 months later demanding payment of the entire system accusing us of selling their assets unlawfully. They also transferred the assets into my name, but the contract clearly states they retain ownership at all times. Be careful because if you move you basically own them. Will never ever enter an agreement like this ever again and definitely not with this company, they have a great sales pitch. When it is too good to be true, that is because it is. The are nice when getting you to sign the contracts but as soon as something doesn't go their way, they have been nothing but unprofessional and rude, you never know who you are talking to, and they treat you like a nobody. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere. I wonder how many people like me are actually out there in my situation.

Solar Panel -

My bills seemed more expensive before the panels were installed. Seemed like I was paying more money, and the savings are only like $500-700 per year which is not much really over a 10-year period that's bugger all. You are better off going with your own supplier and picking the panels you want which save you money not these crooks.

Alarm would go off in storms or at random times. We could never turn it off, would need to wait for the technicians to come out and that sometimes took days so would have to listen to the alarm for the entire time. No emergency contacts nothing or instructions on how to turn it off. Neighbours would always complain about the alarm, was really annoying. Half the time it never worked.
