i get quotes supply something different damage the roof tiles refuse to replace while i left spare for them i call them to come to fix after i get heavy leak from the roof , call ronin the owner give me appoint didn't show up call him again refuse to answer i bring anther company to fix the roof tile i email him the invoice no respond

Under any circumstances DO NOT USE RVB SOLAR or have anything to do with Ronon Van Bentham, even if they are $500 cheaper. You will pay that and more in the end financially and emotionally. Just trying to get the job finished and connected to the grid. Mine is a long story, they will stop answering calls or messages and if they do answer, they make promises which they don't keep. My installation was was started in February 2023, finally finished in March but they did not send the Application to connect to the grid to my supplier till June after I contacted them. It was rejected 4 times because it was not correct. For 2 months, I have been trying to get Ronon to arrange a truck appointment with Jemina without luck. I have hired an independent Electrician and he arrange it in 1 day. The solar was paid for in full, in March, but I have had no solar credits for the last 8 months due to their incomitance. So BAD on so many levels.

After 5 months we finally got the equipment installed however the installation failed inspection, has not worked at all, has not generated 1KW of power and we have waited 3 weeks for someone to attend and get it working. We are still waiting, but this has not stopped RVB ringing every week demanding payment, even when neither the battery nor the Inverter was installed. RVB Solar should be struck off the Services Victoria Selected Installers list as they obviously can not complete installations and I rather suspect the warranty period will be only 3 days till the payment is cleared. Do Not Use this Company.

Don't know, system is showing fault, has yet to pass inspection and be commissioned properly due to incompetent installation company
