I signed and paid the contract on 22/10/23 for a 32KW Solar Batteries installation. Since that day, there was no communication of the installation. I chased up with email and phone calls, finally they emailed me the date of sunday 22/1/23. I replied to ask confirmation for a Sunday install, no response and no one showed up on 22/1/23 . I then followed up with email/phone calls/watsapp chat, there was no response and/or no concrete date was given. Eventually, I requested for cancellation and a deposit refund in Feb 2023. No response or phone calls from them. I have no other option but to take them to NCAT tribunal for a deposit refund. If Solar Choice wants a positive reviews, please stop referring customers to these non-professional companies, not only it causes pain but also leave a bad reputation of Solar Choice, as I would not recommend Solar Choice to anyone.
