Incredibly misleading

We were so excited to get solar and it seemed like a no brainer at our consult with Tom, that we signed up then and there without considering other companies. I mean, why wouldn’t you when you’re told you would owe nothing, or next to nothing in electricity each quarter? Sounds like a no brainer to me in this economy. Unfortunately, this has been far from reality. I would have been happy with it covering the fortnightly instalments of $66 but it’s lucky to cover one for the quarter. Do your research, and if it sounds too good to be true from your consultant, it probably is. What an absolute joke.

very smooth sales process. Good advice which checked out with other installers. Install team very punctual. Installation very clean, tidy and professional. I needed a tile replaced as it looked wrong after the install and no issue the team fixed it immediately.
Solar Inverter - Sungrow
Inverter works great and getting maximum feed in tariff. Apparently, there is a limit of 5kw on the feed in. We have 2 phases (unusual arrangement) so we are getting a good feed in rate of 5kW per phase. The Monitoring app can't handle dual phase but I have a work around using the retailer's website. (The app can't show the amount consumed if you have 2 phases, it can handle 1 or 3 but not 2).
