I was impressed with Positive Energy as they took the time to meet with me on site and explain all the options and answer questions. I chose the 10KW solar and battery option, as well as installation of ZAPPI EV charger. Positive Energy was flexible with the install date as I had to move from interstate and therefore had to set up other services, such as home WIFI, Electricity, etc. On the day of installation, I was advised it could take up to 3 days, but they completed in under 2 days, thanks to the hard working team, who kept me informed of progress and changes. The layout of panels was altered from the original plan, because of roof layout that was not anticipated with quote, but I was consulted by the Electrician, and in the end, came up with a better and more efficient panel layout. 5 stars to Positive Energy for the system installed, professional team and communication, even though they were not the cheapest to quote.

The whole experience dealing with Positive Energy Solutions, from the very first meeting with Louis all the way to installation day and beyond, was positive (pun intended). All communications with PES were good and prompt. Apart from a slight delay because of the weather, installation went incredibly smoothly. I am absolutely stoked with my 3.9kW Solar (PV) installation. If you are considering setting solar, you should definitely consider Positive Energy Solutions. Five stars and two thumbs up. Thanks!
