Did a lot of research prior to choosing a solar provider. Undoubtedly, PSW were the best of the lot. Happy to take calls (and I made a lot) about all aspects of the right system that would suit us. They never pressured us and only were interested in tailoring a product that was a right fit for us and within budget. Penny-Lee went above and beyond with her expertise and knowledge and would always call me back when requested. Installation was very professional and the guys cleaned up after themselves. The system works a treat and performs exactly as PSW said it would. A good reduction in energy bills especially now coming into spring/summer. Even when it was installed in late July it made a difference. We use as much of the energy generated during the day as we can so not to buy off the grid but still have excess power being fed back into the grid. Can’t recommend PSW highly enough. These guys are the best. A+++

I had a 6.6 kW system installed. The sales team were clear and to the point. They were happy to answer all my questions and provided a better deal than my other quotes. The installation had a slight delay waiting on the Trina n-type panels from the eastern states, but on the day, they were on time on schedule and did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The aftercare and support have been fantastic and have kept me in the loop during the entire process.

Excellent value and amazing customer service! PSW has been amazing through every step of the process. Handling the applications for me, so I didn’t have to worry. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and polite. They have competitive pricing and better options for inverters and panels than their competitors. On the installation day, they arrived on time and got straight to work, completing everything without any damage to the property or roof, something not everyone can do. Genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service and the product!

These guys were great. Started by sourcing a specific Inverter for me. The installers came on time were polite and more than happy to discuss alternative placements on the day, and go over all the products /brackets etc before starting so I felt very comfortable that things were being done correctly. The installation is very tidy, inverter and switches all aligned and out of the way. All phone and email interactions have been helpful, answering any questions I had. Would recommend.

The team at Perth Solar Warehouse were helpful from start to finish. They helped me to select the best products for my unique roof (east-west with smaller space than average), sent extra staff because my meter box needed additional work, and they consulted with me each step of the way. I felt I was in safe hands from start to finish. The system was installed yesterday and today it generated electricity from 5:20am to 7:10pm. I'm very happy with both the system and PSW!

Extremely happy with the whole process. All staff members from in the office to the installers were great and provided a lot of information and kept us up to date throughout. We had a slightly difficult 2 storey roof, but PSW made sure they had all the correct equipment for the job and was able to confirm very quickly it was possible. We chose them because they had the best products on offer, at very competitive pricing and were local. Would highly recommend! The system is working perfectly, and the app monitoring is great.

Perth Solar Warehouse are are a great business, felt confident that all would go smoothly, and my solar was installed one week before the original installation date. The guys were friendly that installed and careful but left a bit of a mess unfortunately, just wire and leftover materials which was disappointing . The team at PSW were fantastic and ran me through all the pros and cons. I had an excellent price and a good quality solar and would recommend this company.

After reviewing options, we decided to go with PSW. The sales consultant answered all of our questions, and we were provided with a competitive quote. Once we decided to proceed, the installation was booked for a week later, which was a super quick turnaround. The process of finding a good system and company to install solar panels can seem like a needle in a haystack. PSW made this process ridiculously easy exactly from the start. Many discussions took place to find the right products for my home, as all of their products are of high quality. Overall happy with the brand and product so far. As far as installation went a little disappointed with the amount of broken tiles they broke, they took down the old solar panels from the roof and left all the screws and brackets inside my roof. They also screwed a conduit cable over my man hole which I had to some how move myself.

I'm really happy with our solar installation through PSW Energy. It took me a while to learn enough about solar to know what to look for in terms of the products and the installer. In the end, PSW Energy kind of chose themselves. They offered the panels and inverter system I was looking for at a competitive price. And they were long-standing local installers with a great service warranty. The pre-install scheduling was efficient, and the after-sale service was very responsive. The system is neatly installed and working well. I chose products I knew I could be pretty confident in, and three months later, everything is functioning as it should be.

By far the best company to deal with all the way from the get go to handover, Russell from PSW gave me all the info I requested and explained it accordingly, I wanted a set up that suited my needs, and they sent out a technician who was thorough and helpful who worked with me and my suggestions to have the perfect solar array based on my not so suitable roof and when ill actually be home to use my solar where others just tried to tell me its not worth it or just put the panels where it suited them, do your homework before you get pushed into getting what other places suggest just to make a quick sale from average products, these guys are well priced, prompt and use all great products. I'm very happy with the installation and felt comfortable going with these guys the whole way, they don't harass you daily trying to follow you up to sell sell sell and PSW help with all queries and helped with finance too. When you are ready to go ahead with your solar these guys are on standby. Every single person in the office was helpful in regard to any questions. Love your work. I would definitely recommend and go with these guys again if I buy another house. Many thanks once again.

We originally had signed up with a different company, however after PSW was recommended to us by a couple of friends, we decided to engage them, and so happy we did! From initial contact to installation, the process was super quick, and the staff were very professional and efficient. They were always there to help answer any queries we had and still are super contactable now. As far as I can tell, PSW really has their act together. Quoting process was very easy - online/email, and handled my shifting inquiries fine. Followed up by a site visit that needed nothing from me. Contracting, scheduling, and install all handled with courtesy, responsiveness, and competence. All their systems worked well, no glitches. Very easy transaction throughout, and the system they installed has been working well from day one.

We looked at quite a few options for solar installers in Perth and found PSW via google. After requesting a quote, we chose the options of panels and inverter, and PSW sent the proposed roof layout. It was good to go, and we started the process. PSW have an online project management system, so all the documents and steps are clearly outlined. They are fast and efficient with communications. The installer was very professional, on time and a great communicator. It was actually quite surprising to have a trade on site that called in advance, checked where we wanted to equipment located, made sure the connections were neat and tidy, and actually picked up every piece of wire and packaging at the end of the day! I have honestly never experienced that from a sparky until now. The web monitoring with the Fronius inverter is really easy to use, and now we can run our AC during summary without a massive power bill. I've already recommended PSW to friends who have had their installs done! Cheers guys.

They turned up on time and everything seemed to be going ok, but soon became apparent they were 2 young inexperienced apprentices and and a relatively inexperienced young tradie as they went they damaged the Lounge Ceiling and chipped the enamel paint to the cover f the battery.we agreed on a plan to replace the damaged battery and the lounge ceiling, one week later they, the company cancelled the agreement. They sent a bloke to fix the paintwork on the battery which is rough at best and so far have refused to have the ceiling fixed as they think its costing too much….
