Customer service and communication was good. No problems with installation.
Solar Panel -
There has been no problems with the panels.
Solar Inverter - Goodwe
The inverter has functioned okay. HOWEVER - check that the settings are correct for your location/Australia. The solar installer was unable to change the settings, so we had to go to Goodwe after proving to them the output was sub-par. We did not get full value of solar panels for about 2 years. We went to the Ombudsman, but they only investigated Horizon Power and not installation/Goodwe. This took up a lot of time before we could prove to Goodwe there was a problem after the Ombudsmen provided a report.
Battery - Goodwe
Has functioned okay. Was disappointed that a miscommunication with the engineers who installed did not know we wanted it connected to our electricity so we could use battery during power outages, which occur regularly here. We have not been able to get the battery connected yet. We're in a remote areas, so it is hard to contract and engineer.

The panels themselves are working well, but there is a communication fault in the Goodwe Inverter which 6 months after I reported it has still not been rectified NW Solar Power. I have had to put WA Consumer Protection on to them to force them to take action to rectify the fault.
