Great experience with Solar. Talked through the whole process very well explained from the start to the end and after installation also. Installers were punctual. Lots of communication. I do wish I was home on Install day just to check the panel placement but overall happy. Would recommend.

Solar Panel - JA Solar
Was worried that the panels would reduce the street appeal of my little cottage, but it doesn't, thankfully. Super happy to see the electricity meter at a standstill, as I use all of my appliances during the day without a care in the world!
Solar Inverter - Goodwe
My wifi doesn't seem to be strong enough for the inverter to connect and the app to work. Nexa have been helpful but I think I need to call the app people, as suggested. In saying that, I am not tech savvy, so it could be just me.

From first contact, the process was quick and easy. The salesperson arrived, answered all our questions before we agreed to sign and then gave us a very quick timeframe for installation. The install was done 24hrs prior to the quoted day (with permission of course) and was completed quickly. The crew left the place nice and tidy, with no rubbish left behind. They even took a chance to give our dog a pat. Nexa did the expected follow up to ensure everything went well and we couldn't be happier. I will definitely be recommending Nexa to friends and family.

We were told we wouldn’t receive a power bill with the system we had installed it cost 25000 and still getting a 240 power bill so not terribly happy with the system

Actual installation was excellent, but there was a lack of communication early on, between signing the contract and finally someone coming to install. We were getting worried as we read some reviews where people had been waiting literally years.
