Natural Solar has been very good to deal with and strike me as a dependable team. Communication has been regular and clear. Both Emmett and Jimmy have explained the process well, in a friendly and polite way. Emmett has been particularly helpful in responding to our enquiries and offering support as needed. The team is very capable, efficient and made what we found a somewhat complex process quite manageable.

I had a bad experience with my previous Solar company and 1 thing after another, I should of seen the red flags and then I finally had enough. I found Natural Solar and from the first point of contact until the completion, no, wait, even after the completed install and even now, I get the best support from Natural Solar. When I call, they call back. Initially when I was inquiring about the purchase and install of the battery, they didn't try to sell me something I did not want. They answered all my questions and even surprised me with extra questions I hadn't though of. They are super helpful, if I didn't understand something, they would explain it in terms I did, great communication. The installation team that came out are top notch, I highly recommend Josh and his team Ben and Wen to anyone looking for a professional service. They even answered my annoying questions that I kept asking over and over again, without missing a beat. Super patient. One question I was really curious about was the blackout feature which I was meant to have setup by the first solar company, Natural Solar installation team found the issue and fixed it. You know what it was?, it wasn't connected. I was shocked. I had paid for something that didn't exist. Once Natural Solar completed the install of the new battery, they even made sure it was all working as it should. Off grid test / blackout test, solar was still charging the batter. All the compliance's met, tidy workmanship, professional manner, treat you like a human, a friend. Huge shout out to Alan and Emmett, and the rest of the team in the office that keeps everything moving, thanks for organising everything and the support is second to none. Also huge shout out to the installation team, Josh, Ben, and Wen. I look forward to working with you all again.

I deeply regret choosing Natural Solar for my second battery purchase. Despite paying in full on December 3rd, my installation has been a complete disaster, with constant delays, zero communication, and an incomplete job. December 9th: Install scheduled but canceled last minute (understandable due to sickness). January 9th: After chasing them for weeks, I finally got a rescheduled date for January 28th. January 28th: Installers arrived without key components (gateway). They mounted the battery but left the job unfinished. February 6th: After more follow-ups, I was promised completion on February 10th. No one showed up. February 11th: Installer messaged in the morning to ask if we were available. We confirmed within 3 minutes and rearranged our schedule, only for them to never show up. February 11th, 2:22 PM: Natural Solar called us, unaware the installation was incomplete. They promised a call back after checking with the installer—no response since. I have left messages, but they continue to ignore us. We’ve paid for a product we haven’t received, and Natural Solar refuses to take accountability. We want our system installed and a refund for undelivered items (e.g., gateway). Update February 19th: After a frustrating experience with delays and poor communication, Natural Solar reached out within hours of my original review. A new installation date was promptly arranged, and a refund was discussed for the undelivered components. The installation has now been completed, and the system is working as expected. I would like to acknowledge Callum, who was professional and proactive in resolving the issue. However, my experience with the general after-sales support team was lacking, requiring repeated follow-ups to get responses. While the situation was eventually resolved, better communication and customer service from the beginning would have made for a much smoother experience.

The Powerwall 3 installation was performed with no issues and a lot faster than I imagined possible given a 32m length of wiring to the house circuit board. The quote was clear, an excellent price and the service first rate with follow up already provided to ensure there were no outstanding issues. What more could one ask for?

Straight forward process of getting my battery installed. From the sales team to the installation technicians and post-sales support, all of the team at Natural solar were wonderful to deal with. Having existing solar systems (1 single phase and the other 3 phase) and adding a battery, I wasn't quite sure how it would all come together. Adon was particularly helpful answering all of my queries. On the day of installation, the technicians arrived on time and went about their work without any fuss. They spent time answering my questions and providing a walkthrough of the Tesla app.

The installation team, Selva and Ben, were equally impressive. Despite encountering some rain, they worked diligently and consulted with me on the Powerwall placement, ultimately delivering a neat and professional installation. Although it's still early days, I am already delighted with my Powerwall 3. The battery seamlessly powers my home when solar output is low, effectively taking me off the grid. Very happy with Natural Solar's supply and installation. Good communication and the whole process was very efficient.

The installation was caught up by the impact of the Covid pandemic. We had our system partially installed and then the installation team failed to turn up to complete the installation. The second installer that Natural Solar sent was friendly and helpful but he had never installed a Sonnen system before and he made a couple of small mistakes. This meant that the system was resetting intermittently for the first few months. Once this was sorted, the system became very reliable. In fact our local weather is the most unreliable part of our Sonnen System!

Bought first Powerwall, a model 1 nine years ago. It failed after good service. I decided to upgrade to a Powerwall 3 to take advantage of extra capacity and superior features. Natural Solar decommissioned old battery as part of the deal. New system is great. Drawing virtually nothing from the grid now.

This is a great company to deal with. Shane in sales, Emmett in Customer Experience and the installation team were all professional and reliable. I wanted to buy a battery and the first company I engaged couldn't get the item from Tesla. The second company promised me they had stock and had allocated it to me but the agreed installation date came and went so I canceled once again. I called Natural Solar and was fired up after two failures but they did exactly as they promised and the price was also excellent. I highly recommend them.

Sales/Quoting Process: The initial price was conveyed clearly, but they failed to disclose that full payment was required before the work could commence, although it was mentioned in the contract, most people don't have time to fully read the fine prints, I had already paid $2,000 of a $24,000 install and was concerned they might not show up. However, they did come as scheduled. Installation: The crew was very polite, tidy, and punctual. Customer Service: They were excellent. They helped organize the grid connection after the install and patiently explained how the app works, assisting me in filling it out.

Initially, Natural Solar was not very good at communicating the program they were delivering. The product, installation, and after-sales, however, were excellent. If they had been on the ball from the start, this would've been a 5 star rating. The latter personnel knew their product, the sales staff were poor and did not communicate delivery times or know the product sufficiently to answer the questions customers need to know and didn't follow up, unless pushed.

Needed a battery to complement existing 7kW solar system. Alan from Natural Solar was excellent in providing information and advice on the Tesla Powerwall 2 battery. He arranged an early installation date. Follow up calls from Emmett were also very helpful as job was completed. Help was given in downloading and explaining the app used to monitor the solar panel charging process and battery levels. So far, system seems to be working very well.

Was looking to install a second Tesla Powerwall 2 as looking to get into the EV market. Didn't want to go back to previous installer due to poor experiences. Decided to get multiple quotes and Natural Solar were first to get in touch with me. Due to very demanding work hours, I couldn't take the call but Rupen didn't hesitate to discuss pricing via SMS. I was so impressed! I was still looking for additional quotes but no other supplier/installer could beat Natural Solar's quote so I contacted Rupen almost a week later. He was very polite and helpful over the phone, and via email and I never felt pressured to accept a deal. A date for installation was set within 2 weeks after accepting the quote and the electricians were happy to install the battery at the requested location. Got a call a couple of days later from Emmett to see how everything went and was very impressed that they offered to continue to look after me if there were any questions or issues down the track. Highly recommend these guys, very disappointed I didn't look into them for my first battery and solar system.

Sales and quote were fine, but there was a considerable delay in getting an installer out here in the country, which we are somewhat used to. The installers stayed overnight so were on site at 7:00 a.m. which was a little surprising, as the suggested start time was 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. The installation went very smoothly, the electricians were very easy to work in with and provided me with all the information required to enable me to set up battery and solar and grid monitoring on phone and computer. Grid connection was made and explained including the capability to go off-grid. The job cleanup was perfect, and the installation was very neat and tidy.

Sales was pushy eg, "special price only for limited time" Installers were proficient in the mounting of equipment. But it took two further weeks to get the PW2 up and running. After 10 mths the PW2 failed. Got the run around for a month only to be told by Tesla that a lighting strike, within 500 mtrs of our house, fried my battery system. Then told to contact insurance company. Thankfully the insurance have agreed to pay. I'm taking the money and getting the PW2 removed. The end of batteries for me. Too delicate and no one seems to know how to fault find on them. Total con. Might add more solar with some of the money. The insurance assessors, that came, had no idea what was wrong with the system. Just said it was "Broken"!! and filed a report. I can buy a lot of electricity for $16 K

Our solar system is now fully operational & we are saving money on our electricity bills which was the main focus of this project.

Good experience from the very initial contact with the team. They're polite, knowledgeable and pro-active, the installation completed smoothly.

We also had a great experience with Natural Solar. We purchased 2 Powerwalls and got a very very good price, and a very quick and seamless install. Really straightforward. Didn't cost a cent more than the quote and both Sev and Emmett followed up to make sure everything went really well. Can't fault them.

I contacted Natural Solar in connection with a breakdown in their system. They were not cooperative and after 5 months of following up the issue with them, the outcome was them declining to honour the 12 years warranty which was stated in the contract signed with them. Based on their post sale customer service, I would recommend staying away from them. There are other hardworking, honest businesses and undertakings that is worth spending your money with.

The sales guy - Alan- was help full and explained the process correctly and did not try to up sell. He followed up just after the installation was completed. The installers were friendly and efficient and explained the equipment efficiently. They left the site clean and tidy. The company also rang to make sure that I was happy withn the installation - well done.

The quote wasn't cheap but I was more than satisfied with the results. The two installers were excellent and went out of their way to complete an excellent job. They explained everything and went through the Tesla app. and how everything functioned. In conclusion they organised the grid connection and checked everything was functioning. i could not have been happier. Would certainly have them back if I wanted to upgrade my panels.

Keen to get the deposit very slow to to do anything when ask for deposit back they refused. system not installed

I don’t have an issue with the product or installation, where I do have a problem is the after sale help which in my case non existent. Recently I have had issues with the solar app that shows the generated Kw and history in which it just stopped displaying. I must have rung support 5 times in 4 weeks with no success. Occasionally I get the same female staff member telling me everyone is busy and someone will call back but no one does. Other times the recorded message says to leave a message but then tells me the mailbox is full! It doesn’t sound like much but to me it’s important. Pretty poor results from a system not 2 years old.

Company refuses to get back to me after I've paid a deposit. Call after call after call these guys are absolutely hopeless. We have an entire estate that's mandated to have solar done through natural solar and every single one of them are in arms about how useless they are. The second you pay your deposit you will have the hardest time ever hearing from them again. There are so many other companies out there - DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!

Competitive price ( not the very lowest ) Known brand panels and inverters ( rank well on surveys ) The only well priced competitor who offered personalised site inspection. We are told instalation will be by local people.

No information given on how to read meter or what ever. Grade 2 electrician just arrived and then left Emails were not answered over the course of 2 weeks. Happy with initial contact and sales and initial installation.
