I had Jack as my sales representative and the conversation with him was always short and precise. The quoting process for three Tesla Powerwalls with him was the most cheerful when comparing to other companies I talked to. I obtained the best quote from Jack at the end (After 3 days of quoting around). The installation was smooth, contractors were very polite, and we had good discussion on the location of the batteries. They arrived earlier than expected, got the job done before 3pm and cleaned the area after (cleaner than before the installation). The contractor Michael gave me all the information I need on how to set up my Tesla account and the basic control. I would recommend Natural Solar for saving yourself time and money.

I had a very positive experience with Natural Solar. From the initial inquiry they were informative and patient with my queries. The install was also a great experience. We installed 2 new Tesla batteries to an existing Solar system and are very happy. The install was very well explained and they took great care to ensure the finished product look great.

Sales process was smooth and very competitive -The installation was delayed by a change of contractors for solar panels, but this explained to me and on the agreed date and time the installation proceeded. The contractors for panels and battery were all very friendly and professional. A good installation and they did remove debris.. - The customer service both at the site and office has been excellent .

Purchased a Solar Tesla Battery System through Natural Solar. The sales consultant Shane Petrie was excellent and the subsequent follow-up customer service from Emmett Fox was outstanding. Shane was very patient, helpful and informative and Emmett was consistent and fast with his response and follow-up. (Emmett's irish accent was a treat). The process was very easy and I am very happy with the battery system. The installation was professional and the installers arrived as advised and on time. I would highly recommend Natural Solar for price competitiveness and 100% customer service!

The whole process from start to finish was trouble free . All items of the system was fully explained by the customer service person "Emmett". The whole process was done in a timely manner also which is great to see these days. The installtion of the solar system only took hours to complete & the site was left clean & tidy by the installers . We were contacted several times by the customer service member who made sure all aspects of the installtion was going to plan & on time plus we were fully satisifed . Our solar system is now fully operational & we are saving money on our electricity bills which was the main focus of this project.

We also had a great experience with Natural Solar. We purchased 2 Powerwalls and got a very very good price, and a very quick and seamless install. Really straightforward. Didn't cost a cent more than the quote and both Sev and Emmett followed up to make sure everything went really well. Can't fault them.

I contacted Natural Solar in connection with a breakdown in their system. They were not cooperative and after 5 months of following up the issue with them, the outcome was them declining to honour the 12 years warranty which was stated in the contract signed with them. Based on their post sale customer service, I would recommend staying away from them. There are other hardworking, honest businesses and undertakings that is worth spending your money with.

Had been exceptional dealing with Emmett who answered all of my questions promptly and was extremely helpful supporting any queries I had. The sales guy - Alan- was help full and explained the process correctly and did not try to up sell. He followed up just after the installation was completed. The installers were friendly and efficient and explained the equipment efficiently. They left the site clean and tidy. The company also rang to make sure that I was happy withn the installation - well done.

The quote wasn't cheap but I was more than satisfied with the results. The two installers were excellent and went out of their way to complete an excellent job. They explained everything and went through the Tesla app. and how everything functioned. In conclusion they organised the grid connection and checked everything was functioning. i could not have been happier. Would certainly have them back if I wanted to upgrade my panels.

I don’t have an issue with the product or installation, where I do have a problem is the after sale help which in my case non existent. Recently I have had issues with the solar app that shows the generated Kw and history in which it just stopped displaying. I must have rung support 5 times in 4 weeks with no success. Occasionally I get the same female staff member telling me everyone is busy and someone will call back but no one does. Other times the recorded message says to leave a message but then tells me the mailbox is full! It doesn’t sound like much but to me it’s important. Pretty poor results from a system not 2 years old.

Company refuses to get back to me after I've paid a deposit. Call after call after call these guys are absolutely hopeless. We have an entire estate that's mandated to have solar done through natural solar and every single one of them are in arms about how useless they are. The second you pay your deposit you will have the hardest time ever hearing from them again. There are so many other companies out there - DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!

Competitive price ( not the very lowest ) Known brand panels and inverters ( rank well on surveys ) The only well priced competitor who offered personalised site inspection. We are told instalation will be by local people.

No information given on how to read meter or what ever. Grade 2 electrician just arrived and then left Emails were not answered over the course of 2 weeks. Happy with initial contact and sales and initial installation.
