still withdrawing funds from my account after 5 year repayment plan has finished

I just found out this company has permanently closed which makes it very hard to figure out who to contact to ask them why they've continued to withdraw funds from my account even after the 5 year repayment plan has finished. I've just had to dispute it with the bank and I'm now waiting on the results to see if I'll even get my money back for the additional withdrawls made without my permission.
Solar Panel -
I'm not sure if it's the solar panel brand but we have a single storey property. we are surrounded by double storey properties and the installers have installed the panels flat so i just dont think we get to utilise as much solar as we can considering the installtion was so badly planned
