The admin side is not quite up to scratch, in that I notified them of a change in email address. This didn't get reflected when the invoice was issued. In addition, I'd expected all the figures on the invoice to be the same as the quote. This wasn't the case. While the total was the same, the variation in the components was very confusing. The installer did a great job, as far as I can see, insulating all the pipes, tidying up, etc.
Heat Pump - Haier
I was originally going for an iStore heat pump, but was offered the Haier one, and having read the review on Solar Choice, decided this was the way to go. Have not really come to grips with the controls yet, the handbook is not super helpful.

Solar Inverter - SolarEdge
Worked faultlessly for a while then inverter died. Several outside switches/isolaters were also replaced. Took several weeks until replaced at a cost to me of $500 call out fee. Still under warranty. Updated Inverter now installed. Installed Tesla 13kw battery last year 2022.
Battery - Tesla
Love the Tesla. No bills in summer (when system is working properly) and minimum bill in Winter. Still have power for essentials, phone, internet and Coffee Machine

Once they managed to source the brackets required to attach the panels to my roof then it worked well. Not too impressed with the subcontractor who installed it, but it worked well once it was installed.

Really great. Nice data -- by panel -- allows me to really see how my system is performing.

Overall I'm happy with the system and the service. However, the type of panels quoted was different to what was installed. I was notified of this the evening before installation. In addition, the layout of the panels on the house was vastly different to what was quoted. This results in a less efficient system overall. The installers were professional, worked to a high standard, tidy and were happy to juggle the panel location to make the best of the situation that was presented. My other gripe is mainly with Ausnet, in that my system is feed in limited. Metro Solar could have helped the situation though, by informing me that there was a possibility that my system would be limited, and it may effect the payback time on the investment.
Solar Panel - Seraphim
These seem to work fine, but I was quoted a more efficient cell, but delivered an older style.
Solar Inverter - SolarEdge
Could not be happier with this. Online interface is excellent. Efficiency is excellent. It regularly tells me I'm making 5kw on a 5kw Inverter.
