2 of the vendors were disappointing. More Energy Solar totally ignored my requirements and tried to sell poorer panels and micro inverters. The sales person did not pause to ask about my needs and tried to push for products which likely had higher commissions(?). All via phone and email. The Energy Matters sales person visited, was helpful and informative but failed to provide a written quote! Even Madison Australia had issues. Sales person pushed hard and was guilty of over sizing.
