Excepted the quote from lux solar installers came on required date to install and said they can’t start that because it look like it was going to rain return couple of days later went to start install and was the wrong system and wiring so said will come back correct system few day later they came starting installation and realised they had the wrong battery system they had to leave and them come it a total of 6 weeks to install the battery and panels we have had problems ever since try to contact lux solar with no reply will taking it further in the near future not happy they have useless back up support

I accepted a quote from Lux Solar to install solar panels on my double storey home. On the day of installation they came out but the installers said it couldn't be done as per the plan. They said they would go back to the office and someone would get back to me. I waited a few days but no contact from them. Despite a couple more calls no one came back to me and no explanation. I wouldn't be confident of any post sales service. I proceeded with another company who were very professional and the system has been installed.

Did a great job. Cost a few bob more than most offerings but that was because we wanted to be off grid. All working well and no WP to deal with. What a relief. Thanks Ryan and Lux Solar and the Installers from Universal. Great job, chaps!!
