A very good experience, highly impressed with all aspects. My roof was a bit complicated (complex north-facing roof with shading issues) requiring an expensive system. Worked very closely with Danny (Solar Consultant) who was excellent and patient, answering all my questions and doing lots of research in designing the system that was agreeable to me. Jayme and Manika in the Admin area were very pleasant to work with. Matthew, the installer, and his team of two young assistants were excellent too, very courteous men, and a pleasant team to deal with. I was a little concerned when I chose O'Brien initially due to their low internet profile and on-line presence, but they didn't let me down and I have no hesitation to recommend them for solar design and installation at your home.
