All in all we had a fantastic experience with Interactive, we made the move from gas to electric so we got a 13.2kw Solar system installed and a heat pump. The sales rep Kosta was great and clear in his explanations, the installers work directly for them and were very professional and tidy on the day and the install looks great, me and my partner are over the moon with it, I waited to receive our first bill before leaving the review! Definitely recommend.

I had a solar system and roof fan installed in sep 2022. The quote and install went relatively smoothly. However it is the after sales service that has really killed my view of this business. I have had a few warranty issues with both the fan and solar. The first issue (solar power cutout) I had repeated promises to fix but only after constant calling did they appear about a month later. More recently I have been waiting over 8 months for them to appear on site, with promises every week to "come next week". I now realise they have no intention of fixing, so you should realise that their warranty is worth nothing.

The app is strange and links direct to a server in China. I get strange messages from people in China from the app (no joke!). It is like someone there is monitoring the system and playing games with me. Connection drops out regularly.

Delays in supply of Alpha ESS Battery encountered but installed okay in the end. System runs as expected with no issues. Additional battery would have been good but space constraints limited to 5KWh system.
