Great service from Huglo for a new Apricus heat pump.
From initial information and quote through to installation, Huglo provided excellent service. This included Chloe in the office who kept me up-to-date on timing of the work, and was very responsive when I needed follow-up info. Special mention to Jack who did the installation quickly and very well - including providing a slab for the heat pump, and efficiently removing the old solar hot water panels from our two-story place; not an easy task! Since installation, the Apricus heat pump has performed faultlessly.
