HOTT Electrics - no sales pressure, good information, efficient installation
HOTT Electrics were interested in giving us what we wanted (not trying to make us buy what they wanted to sell). They gave us sufficient, quality information to compare other units and providers. They did not pressure us to buy quickly. Their price was competitive. The installers were polite and friendly, and worked efficiently so the panels and battery were installed in one day. The app was explained to us, so we can keep track of our solar production and usage. It is comforting to know that HOTT Electrics are monitoring our system, and are on call should problems arise. So far, no issues, so all good!
Solar Inverter -
Newer product, but seems to be working well
Battery -
Battery performance is good. We had blackout protection installed, and it is seamless. Monitoring of the battery and the solar system is easy.
