Their sales process was refreshingly straightforward with no high-pressure tactics, just clear information and helpful advice. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were incredibly supportive in navigating the government rebate scheme. I was particularly impressed that when I called their hotline number, 1300 011 015, on a Saturday, someone actually answered and was able to help me! This level of customer service is what everyone should expect from a reputable company. The installation team were friendly, punctual, and left the work area spotless. The plumber and electrician were true professionals, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I'm thrilled with my new hot water system and highly recommend HiTech Hot Water Systems to anyone looking for a quality product and exceptional service.

Good communication, change in installation date unfortunately but kept in touch about this and only one postponement Installer very friendly and efficient. Worked into the evening to get the job completed

HiTech Hotwater themselves were very good, and the Aquatech heat pump is excellent. However, the installers used (3rd party contractors) by HiTech were woeful. After 3 weeks, I am still waiting for a promised return to install the unit properly. It has been installed with the control panel against a wall, the cold water feed in piping running across a walkway at above ankle height and the hot water outlet piping has been left unsecured and dangling. Fortunately, the hot water is working, but the installation is dreadful and unacceptable. And unfortunately, if I arrange for rectification, even at my cost, it appears it "may" void my warranty.
