Sales process was very professional, no hard selling involved. Installation of heat pump was done by a separate company but managed seamlessly by Helcro. Panel and inverter installation was delayed from date initially agreed, but installation proceeded without a hitch on the revised date. The whole team were very competent, efficient and friendly, and the installation was completed on time.
