Disappointing experience with Redback customer service

Satisfactory experience with installer overall. Sales staff were misleading in that Redback Batteries were pitched to me as an 'Australian made' product - made in Queensland. They didn't inform me that the batteries I purchased are in fact Pylontech batteries made in China, that are enclosed in a Redback case

When I signed up for a Redback battery I was informed and was under the impression I was receiving an Australian made battery. I was told Redback batteries are made in Queensland and that I was supporting an Australian company. The battery that is housed in a Redback branded case, is in fact a Pylontech battery, that according to a Google search is made in China. I feel I have been misled When raising queries with Redback about performance of the battery their customer service team were dismissive, and made me feel I was being difficult and stupid for asking questions. I would not recommend Redback batteries based on the above
