Really great communication and range of products. Great value and quality of solar panels. The only issue was that there was incorrect advice given about the potential location of inverter due to not visiting the site during the quote process. This led to some confusion on the day when we had to alter plans, and could have been a bigger issue if we couldn’t find a suitable alternate location.

All fine so far but would have loved to also have what I now know is the add on to measure usage against generation. While we can do this retrospectively (next day) with our power company’s app, I’d love to see the data in real time. We didn’t know this wasn’t possible until after the install.

Prompt response to my request for a quote. The representative came to my home & was knowledgeable & helpful. I hope that not choosing a micro inverter was the right decision & also not getting a battery. Only time will tell. I was disappointed to discover that, should the grid power shut down, my solar will not work independently. Something that wasn't mentioned by any of the quotes.
