New panels were added to an existing system and without fuss. The new battery is excellent. I like the real time graphics the Alpha Ess system has, to show storage & use of electricity. Very happy with the sales service and outcomes.

We were very pleased with the speed that Greenaus Solar responded to our initial inquiry and follow up before we agreed on a system to be installed at our new home. The package includes 32 panels capable of generating up to 13.2Kw and a 10Kw inverter. The whole process went smoothly and so far we are very happy with the outcome.

We took a long time to research each company and the solar options more generally. We followed the online guidelines and checklists methodically and meticulously . We had all our many questions answered . All they needed me to do, was to sign and be at home day of installation, everything else was done by Greenaus Solar.

The cost was not the major driver for our choice. While not being the cheapest option we decided to go with Greenaus Solar based on their expert knowledge and full disclosure of options. The whole process went as planned. The installation was carried out in a punctual and tidy manner. The installers were extremely efficient and polite with the installation. Everything went smoothly and we are more than happy with the whole process.
