Great Installation - poor follow up.

The sales process and installation were faultless. All the guys were friendly, tidy and courteous. The following up process, where the installer advises your power retailer that you have solar was appalling. My panels were installed on 29th April and I still do NOT have any benefits of having solar installed. So far, a waste of time and money. I contacted Greensaver Solar several times. only to be let down. Their latest advice as of 14th July, is that all the necessary documentation has now been sent to my power retailer. I will wait and see, but not hold my breath.
