sales process was painful, -Instructed on where I wanted it installed but this info was never passed onto install team. I needed to draw it out for install team as they were going to install in the wrong location -Was sold black rail but what I got was black rail but spray painted hardware. over sprayed paint onto roof tiles at all feet and end of rail locations, paint faded after 4 months. (they did send back their hardware supplier to replace for actual black hardware eventually). -Inverter was stuck on maximum 5kw production even though it is a 10 kw inverter, it was a setting the install team messed up, just took a few weeks for them to change it. -They told me inverter was in stock at time of ordering, (was after a very specific inverter) came to install day and told inverter I wanted 't even available yet (probably just wanted to secure the sale) they did reimburse me for expected solar production of X amount of days until unit was available, so money wise not much worse off, but annoying to be told one thing and totally different things happen. -After install I did find rubbish's in my gutters from the install team, easy for me to pick it up but should I really need to do it? Overall reasonably happy with the end result, happy with my choice in inverter and panels, but the admin of dealing with sales team was painful but got there in the end.
