GetGreenerNRG used Northern Spark electrical to install. Very co-operative in where to place the panels. Northern Spark no longer install solar.
Solar Panel - Seraphim
The solar panels, being a recent product, have a broader angle of energy collection than the earlier panels we had. No problems have been encountered
Solar Inverter - Huawei
I am very pleased with the Huawei inverter. It is reliable and historical records of each day are kept on a remote server, making it easy to check on past performance and great for presenting evidence of the power grid voltage being too high which causes the inverter to reduce exported power, even to zero if the voltage reaches 258 volts, which has been too often. This evidence allows Westen Power to take action to reduce the grid voltage that will help reduce the loss of export power plus local power.

I was told that these inverters have 10 year replacement warranty so should be of a good quality

Good communications. Installed when they said they would. Installation crew was very good, experienced and knowledgeable. Just received my first bill. $3.76 for 2 months is not bad!

A friend was recommended Jinko panels by a long term experienced installer. They're a big company, have been operating for quite a while, and have good representation in Aus.

Gary was very polite and explained to me and 7 other potential customers the benefits etc. The installation team arrived on time, were very polite, went about their business as quietly as possible and cleaned up after themselves . The old 1.0 kW system was also removed and is to be utilised in an African country
