We live in Port Douglas. 3 years ago I was finding it almost impossible to find any solar company to upgrade my old system and install a new hybrid system. In desperation I texted 20 approved installers in Cairns. The only one who got back to me in 48 hours was Michael from Full House Energy. Infact he phoned me within 2 hours of my text. Having lived with solar for 30 years and having installed a number of systems I am pretty well across the technology. I was impressed with Michael's knowledge and willingness to do what I wanted. Other companies wanted me to discard my old panels which are working perfectly. In short I gave the job to Michael. He was very friendly, punctual, professional and totally reliable. Most times he answers his phone; if not I get a call back within a couple of hours. I have recommended him to a number of friends. They have also enjoyed similar friendly reliable service. A definite 10 out 10.
