Highly recommend FirstSun Solar
Very happy with our FirstSun Solar system with the Sigenstor battery/inverter and gateway controller, with Jinko panels. We had 14.25kW of panels installed - and when the sun was fully out it was generating well over 15kW ! I do not hesitate to recommend FirstSun Solar very highly, especially for anyone in NSW Southern Highlands. Jeremy was great at explaining everything upfront and providing a very competitive quote. Luke and his installation team, who service this area, did a fantastic job and were very open to my requests for placement of equipment and responsive to my questions. They were courteous and professional, and thorough in their work.

Being combined with Sigenergy Inverter, and being modular, makes it easy to add extra capacity. It is compact and looks good.

Nice company to deal with initially...
Review left 2 years after system installed
Nice company to deal with initially - professional, courteous. Took slightly longer than expected to perform the install, but once complete was happy with outcome. Recently (2 years later!) received an email from EvoEnergy indicating that I am exceeding the export limit for my phase and the install had NO APPROVAL from EvoEnergy - despite FirstSun indicating in email that approval needed to be granted prior to install. Speaking with Evo I have been informed 40(!) other sites installed by FirstSun are also exporting more than the 5Kv limit on a single phase. FirstSun have not responded to my emails and are not answering phone calls. Looks like I'll be on the hook for extra $$$ to rectify their non-compliant install!
A very professional team, our installation of solar in Oxley Drive Mittagong was ahead of schedule and completed with speedy efficiency. Jacob McKinnon was honest and helpful from the early stages of our discussions and very responsive to any queries. We are very pleased with the panel and inverter placement and the courteous attitude from the installation and admin teams.
