It has also given me the opportunity to employ apprentices who are now tradesman, it brings me great please to see one of our team complete their 4 year apprenticeship and become a qualified Electrician.
I also enjoy finding other likeminded people to form partnerships and or collaborate in business with.

Excellent communication in answering my questions and providing different options. We ended up going with a Tesla Wall Connector which I supplied myself. I also had them install a three phase sub panel for potential future addition of a second EV charger. I got 4 quotes total and Evergreen were the best value for money and fastest to respond and schedule. The install crew were punctual and tidy. Very happy, highly recommend.
EV Charger - Tesla
I realised that I didn’t need a smart EV charger becuase my home energy management (Amber) can talk directly to the Tesla and in any case all I really needed was ability to control the time when it charges being when wholesale import prices are low. Time of charge can can all be set using Tesla scheduled charging, or setting time of use Tarrifs in the Tesla charger part of the app (integrates perfectly with the Tesla app), or with Amber’s relatively EV optimisation / charging controls. In summary while it’s not a ‘smart charger’ per se, time and tarrif based charging controls are available (either in Tesla app or in a third party app like Amber), it’s high quality, and it integrates seamlessly.
