I have only good things to say about DNP North Electrical. I had very little knowledge of anything related to solar. Whilst I did a lot of research, I had so many questions all of which were addressed by DNP. I dealt with Susan during the initial stages. Susan was patient with me as I looked into several quotes from different companies. When I finally made a choice to go with DNP, Max addressed every question I had about contract details and about the system. Pradip led the installation of the solar system which went smoothly. What I appreciated most was that they cleaned up after. There wasn’t a single rubbish left in the areas they worked. Post installation support from the team was exceptional too. It wasn’t as though there were problems with the system itself but rather, I was just having a bit of a problem with the monitoring app that was on my phone. Max organized for Pradip to help me out and sort the issue I was having. I highly recommend considering DNP for your solar needs. They’re an excellent professional team. Thank you to everyone at DNP North Electrical! I’m happy that I chose you. ????

DNP North Electrical showed the kind of customer-centric, quality of service that included: a timely, patient and price competitive sale, readiness to answer questions from a tech-naive customer, understanding my constraints thanks to an irratic build schedule, timely and hasstle-free installation by Pradeep and his boys. And finally the Grand News. But before that, a special mention must be made of the one and only....the irreplacable ..(Drum Roll) Max D'Souza!!!! I can never forget the day he first called me. I was cutting my toe nails contemplating watching a rerun of the Amazon Plus special Mirazapur when Max' melodic voice floated out of my telephone. My first instanct was to dismiss it as a usual irritating sales call but his voice was so friendly that i decided to let him chat for a while. Nothing happened and i told him to send me the info. Which he promptly did. I consulted those in the know and wrote back to Max asking for better value and more details. This went back and forth for a few days when Max delivered the deal i wanted/needed. Thereafter, came the installation of the solar panels which happened as scheduled and i asked for photos since i am not as tall as my double story house. The photos came and now it was time to install the inverter which Pradeep duly brought. My garage door was yet to be installed so i begged Pradeep to delay the installation of the inverter and tried to bribe him with Jelebis (indean sweets that look like something kids make on the beach in India in the morning..but sweeter ...but Pradeep kindly declined and taking his boys into his van he vanished in to the afternoon sun. I went in and ate up all the jelebis. The following 6-8 weeks saw Max follow up with me ...are you ready for the inverter...he wanted to know. My builder was doing everything according to Tradie Standard Time (TST) and my blood pressure was mounting. It was getting increasingly unfair to Max and his team, to keep waiting for the garage to be lock-able and the inverter to be safe. Finally nearly 2 months later we entered Lock Down stage and the Proud Pradeep drove up my drive-way like General Patton in a battle tank. After the installation he patiently showed me how to download the app, read the usage etc. I offered him and his team some refreshments but I didn't have the popular Indian ladoos that everyone's taking about. The following week the Might Max rang asking if all was well and i could write an appraisal. I insisted on waiting for for first quarter electric bill to arrive so i could tell if my investment was worth all that costs. Again, the Dashing D'Souza waited patiently. And now for the Good News Part A My first quarter bill (usage) came to $103 only ..when in the past i paid an average of $800! Naturally, I am overjoyed (for now) and this brings me to.... Part B In appreciation of Max, Vikas (i never met him but he works behind the team) and Pradeep and his team .i have finally managed to get my hands on a box of the famous and much loved Indian "Motichuth" ladoo (spelling i hope is alright...since Hindi is not my first language. I hope to feed the boys this ladoo with my own loving hands. Now...this is my appraisal since date..if i do have updates i will keep adding them here. For now...i really don't think there can be a competitor to DNP North Electrical, at least as long as this team is place. So THANKS DNP for a job AMAZINGLY WELL DONE
