Best customer service ever, my name is Leanne Walsh, I had my system installed about 16 months ago, I discovered my Origin app does not show any feed-in, so I have contacted DE Energy this morning, Toni assisted me to obtain relevant paperwork and details, I would not able to upload the required docs online as I don't have wifi facility at home, guy named David from after-sale service team rang me late morning and ran thru with me few things and I was so worry and stressful as my system was stopping working, and surprisedly he came to my home 3:30pm afternoon to help me re-set the system and it is now up running. Best service ever, highly recommend
