Well guided installation and process by the entire Team
The sales process was well guided. They were very helpful in understanding the cost and the process. Everything went smoothly as anticipated. Currently the hot water system works perfectly and is looking as the most cost effective solution and will get better when we receive our first bill for gas which i am hoping will be even better. The post installation checkin with the team was quite exceptional in ensuring everything is working as expected. Thank you Cyenegry to helping us with this install.

The whole process from reaching out to Cyanergy for a quote, the assistance with the energy rebates down to the installation of the hot water heat pump and decommissioning of the old gas hot water was seamless and quick. I could not fault it and recommend them.

Smart Lifestyle Australia - SLA-R25-300D/N4D4 has been working well and as supposed for a month now. Very easy to understand how to use its programmer function, it is also sufficiently silent when working. We went with this brand after comparing specs and warranty offered. Hopefully it will go on like this for many years.

Installed by Day and Night Electrician/Vicwide Emergency Plumbing. Sales Process was very good Zaman at Cyanergy was very helpful and very patient. Installers were very professional and on Time and very tidy cleaned after installation. Did not needed any post installation support. I am very satisfied with Emerald Heat Pump Water Heating System All-in-one WIFI Enabled Model EE-HWS-A1-270.

Very Poor Delivery Times
1) I contacted Cyanergy in Early March 2024 2) I received a quotation for a heat pump hot water system on the 7th of March 2024 3) As of the 31st of May (12 weeks later), Cyanergy have still have not committed to an install date. 4) I cancelled my order because the goods were not provided within a reasonable time. 5) Customer service staff were relatively helpful, but Cyanergy's management need to hire enough people and fix their processes/systems so that goods can be supplied installed within a reasonable time. 5) If their management lack the basic business acumen to balance short term costs (people) against long term costs (lost customers due to poor service, inefficient/ineffective systems/processes), it is questionable whether they should be one of the seven accredited providers for the NSW heat pump hot water rebate scheme. I will be providing this feedback to the relevant NSW government department.
