Great installation, not great comms.

Installation was fast and very professional, looks awesome and clean. Great work. Some communication issues during the consultation, but not too bad. Website is now down. The electrical inspector has not visited to certify work after 5 weeks post install, getting a bit concerned.

Battery - BYD
Just works well and is tiny given the power and output. Safer than the Tesla and actually works during an outage with the panels too, another main reason why I chose it and the Fronius Gen 24. Looks dapper too!

Jack came to our property and explained everything in a language so we knew the why’s and what’s of our system. I would highly recommend their services for solar or any other electrical needs you have and also having an actual Ballarat based team is a massive plus.

Wanting to update to a battery at a later stage Jack took this into consideration and opted to use the Fronius brand inverter to save on costs of installation when we add a battery to our set up.
