FRIENDLY EASY-GOING BUT VERY PROFESSIONAL OPERATION. DELIVERY WAS ON-TIME, ALMOST TO THE HOUR, EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED WAS PRESENT AND THE INSTALLATION/COMMISSIONING WAS COMPLETED WITHOUT ANY HOLD-UP OR CONCERN. I COULD ONLY RECOMMENT THIS GROUP TO ANYONE IN THE MARKET FOR THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY EVEN FOUND TIME TO ADJUST MY HOT WATER SYSTEM TEMPERATRURE AS A LITTLE NO-CHARGE JOB ON THE SIDE.
