I was a bit hesitant at first as I had heard mixed reviews about heat pumps but the Salesman Fabien was awesome and easily talked us through all the stages from product review to applying for Government Grants. 3 days later the installers were at my house and done a great job as well and took my old gas hot water service with them. 4 weeks later our electricity usage as hardly changed (we have a 6kw Solar system) if at all, you do hear the fan kick in occasionally but it is hardly audible and our hot water is actually more consistent than with the Gas System. Overall so far I would recommend this company to anyone going on my experience.
