Job was scheduled when promised. Installation team turned up on time. Adviser spent time with us to work through the design of the system he as suggesting, which was very helpful. Contract was finished and commissioned inside a day and a half. Everything is working as advised by adviser. Excellent service.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and a good communicator, however he failed to identify complications regarding location of the battery and inverter due to presence of many windows, lack of eaves and limitations on access. The installer did an exceptional job resolving these issues and in communicating at all times with me.
