When your water heater packs up and a replacement is delayed, anything that does the job seems to be a Godsend. But even after a couple of days, we believe the Istore to have been a very good choice. Our decision was based on favourable reviews, impressive warranty and very helpful sales advice. Guidance through the rebate system by Australian Energy Upgrades was great. Application through the state government on line system not so great. But we got there in the end! In execution, there was an installation delay due to the same God mentioned above. But Tim and Brock performed a very professional installation. They were friendly, (almost) punctual and tidy. Method of Payment options to Australian Energy Upgrades were direct deposit and credit card. Credit card payment attracts a surcharge, which we understood, but is also directed through an external provider, which was not mentioned as part of the quotation. After reading the provider's Privacy Policy, we elected to pay directly into Australian Energy Upgrades' bank account rather than risk our private information through the service provider.
Heat Pump - Reclaim Energy
It's an impressive looking unit. Can't say it's really quiet. You do need to step through the programming listed in the Operating Manual.
