Don't use AusPac Solar

Installer Comments

The salesperson was very helpful and offered a great package. Unfortunately when trouble arose he was nowhere to be found. The system we chose was to cover regular blackouts plus secure power with batteries back up. The installer was very polite and promised that the system would be installed correctly. Again "Unfortunately" the system was not installed right. We are now left with a great system but the main house is without blackout protection and a generator must be used during blackouts. After continuing complaints to the company, AusPac Solar, nothing has been done. Not impressed.
